What exactly is PawSphere and how does it work?
PawSphere is a 2.1" IPS screen housed inside a half-glass crystal orb. You upload one MP4 video to it via USB-C, plug it in (or charge it), press the power button, and your video plays on loop with sound.
Think: a small premium photo frame, but for video, in a beautiful sphere shape.
What video format do I need? Is cropping hard?
MP4 file at 480×480 pixels (square), ideally under 100MB. That's it.
If your phone video isn't square, we send you a free 60-second guide by email after purchase showing how to crop with free tools like CapCut (mobile) or Canva (web). No tech skills required.

Can I change the video later, or am I stuck with one?
You're never stuck. Two ways to change what plays:
- Switch on the back of the sphere: instantly cycles between any video already loaded. No computer, no wait. Several videos can live on the device at once — flip the switch to change which one plays.
- USB-C re-upload: when you want to add new videos to the library, plug into any computer, drag MP4 files in, unplug. Replace or add as much as you like, forever.

How long does the battery last? Is it always plugged in?
PawSphere connects via USB-C. You can either:
- Plug it into a USB wall adapter or USB hub for always-on display
- Charge it once, then move it around battery-powered for 4-6 hours of playback

Can I show multiple pets in one PawSphere?
Absolutely. Three ways, depending on how much control you want:
- One video per pet, switch instantly (recommended): load a separate clip for each pet. Flick the switch on the back to change which one plays — no waiting, no computer needed.
- Compose one video with multiple pets: any free editor (CapCut, iMovie) lets you make a 30-second clip showing dog #1, then cat #2, then dog #3 in sequence. We send a guide.
- Mix and match by season: load summer beach video + winter cuddle video + holiday clip, switch as the mood fits.

What's the maximum video length I can upload?
Technically up to a few minutes, but we recommend 15-30 seconds for best impact.
The screen plays on loop. A short, well-chosen clip you'll actually watch repeatedly beats a 3-minute video that gets boring after the second loop.

Will the screen scratch or fade over time?
